1. What we do
Offshoreverified is a marketplace that introduces businesses (“buyers”) to offshore businesses and individuals that offer services. We help buyers discover, compare, and contact them, and we surface verification status and reviews to reduce the risk of engaging an unproven partner.
2. We facilitate introductions, not employment
Any engagement, contract, or payment arrangement is solely between the buyer and the business or individual they engage. Offshoreverified is not a party to that relationship and does not employ, supervise, or direct them or their personnel.
3. Verification and reviews
Verification status (Unverified, Verified, Premium Verified) and reviews reflect information available to us at a point in time. We take reasonable steps to confirm legitimacy, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing's claims, certifications, or the quality of work delivered. Verification reduces risk; it is not a warranty.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee work quality, timelines, or results, and we do not mediate disputes between buyers and the businesses or individuals they engage. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, contracts, and acceptance of work. Our role is to minimize the risk of working with an unverified or unproven partner, not to assume responsibility for the engagement.
5. Listings
Businesses and individuals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misrepresentation of services, certifications, or experience may result in removal from the marketplace.
